Appliance Installation in Kitchener-Waterloo

Most appliance stores in the Tri-Cities will deliver and drop. Some will "install" — which often means plugging it in and leaving. The dishwasher that leaks under the counter, the wall oven that doesn't fit the cabinet cutout, the hood fan venting into the attic, the OTR microwave hung on two screws: those are the jobs we get called to fix. We'd rather do them right the first time, whether the appliance came from a Kitchener showroom, an online order, or a builder package.

Kitchen renos and cabinet cutouts. A wall oven or cooktop is only as good as the opening it goes into. In renovated kitchens across Waterloo's Westmount and Kitchener's Doon, the cabinet cutout is often a few millimetres off the manufacturer spec, or the electrical isn't where the unit needs it. We measure before delivery when we can, and we know how to make a tight cutout work without damaging the cabinetry.

Builder-grade swaps in newer subdivisions. Homes in Huron Park, Doon South and Cambridge's east side came with builder-package appliances that owners upgrade a few years in. That usually means a dishwasher swap, a new OTR microwave, and often a hood fan that needs its venting fixed — because the original was ducted into the cabinet or nowhere at all.

Older homes and non-standard spaces. Waterloo's 1960s side-splits and Cambridge's century homes weren't built around today's appliance dimensions. Dishwashers where there was never a dishwasher, stacked laundry in a closet, a range hood where the wall is plaster on lath — all doable, all requiring more than a delivery crew will offer.

Our approach: measure, prep, install, test. We confirm the opening, the electrical, the water and drain (or vent) before the appliance is in the way. Then install to the manufacturer's spec, level it, secure it, connect it, and run a full test cycle. You get a working appliance and we take the packaging.
